Brady's finished with physical therapy :( I hope he's gonna keep working on his healing. The doctor told him it may take the full year for complete recovery. I'm ok with that, just as long as it really happens.
He is the most romantic and thoughtful man. . . Ya know, I didn't plan a single thing we did for our anniversary! It was all his doing, and it was awesome! I always love the time of year when I know his wheels are turning! He's great at planning cool times to spend together! And since that's my love language, ooh baby!
Melinda
Recently, my only real trouble is these cursed teeth of mine! Everything else is great! My husband loves me, my 4 year old adores me, Sandy is finally styling her own hair and the boys behavior has improved so dramatically in the past 2 years that I have no complaints! Our garden is almost completely planted and our home is organized.
I LOVE LIFE!
I'm still working with the Town of Vineyard as the Planning Administrator - Development Coordinator - Assistant Deputy Recorder - Mail Receiver - Newspaper Reader - Records Keeper - etc., etc., etc. .
Josh
Josh turned 13. 13! What the?! K, so I know it wasn't my doing, but my husband and I have A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD! He got lotsa presents for his birthday, but I'd bet that his two favorites were his:
CELL PHONE & SKATEBOARD
I vaguely remember 13. I remember 14 because it was the last year I spend living in Florida, but 13 is a blur. I hope he's having the time of his life! He's a teenager!
Kaleb
Kaleb is staying over until Sunday with Josh. He's had the funnest time today playing with Ellie and hanging out with his dad! He went with us to lunch today at Burger King and I think he enjoyed the time together. Then he went with Ellie to "play" at the Bergen's - boring for him because Levi's at school - he'll probably play video games and watch lotsa TV. I'm excited to take them home!
Ellie
Ellie hasn't been to daycare for a week now! The sitter's kids have been sick! It's been a real challenge finding somewhere new for her to go every day!
Day One: Grannie Annie's Day Two: Grannie Annie's Day Three: Home with Mama Day Four: Home with Dad 'n then to Miss Misty's Day Five: ?????????????????
She's playing at the Bergen's today with her little friend, Taylor and her brother, Kaleb. She couldn't BE happier :) I just hope Robyn's kids are well by tomorrow or I don't know WHAT I'll do . . . I have hours to make up at work!
Sandy
What can I say? Sandy is doing great! She has started her own business at 11 years old washing and walking neighborhood dogs. She made over $100 in her first 3 days of business and has two jobs lined up for this afternoon at $25.00 each! I wish I had some little money maker on the side but the good thing is . . . she is now purchasing her own things! She loves boys, friends, art, dogs and her school teacher! He is finally styling her own hair but I feel bad because it's just easier for her to wear it curly every day - not my favorite style! I like it straight but she can't reach the back and doesn't want me doing it for her!
Otis
Got a haircut. And we never kicked him out. Instead, Brady installed doggie doors. He's FINALLY learned to use them!
